Download CLI tools from the Admin Portal

Overview​

AccelByte Multiplayer Servers (AMS) comes with two complementary CLI tools that enable you to:

  1. Upload dedicated server images to use when creating Fleets of deployed game servers.
  2. Test your dedicated server on you local workstation to ensure it handles AMS signals correctly before you upload the image to AMS and deploy with Fleets.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to the AccelByte Gaming Services (AGS) Admin Portal and the namespace for your game.
  • An existing AMS-linked game namespace.

Download the latest CLI tools from the Admin Portal​

After you have created or linked an AMS account with your game namespace, the Download Resource option will be available under the AccelByte Multiplayer Servers (AMS) menu. Click that option to go to the Download Resource page.

You will see a list of the available CLI tools for each platform. Click the Download button of the tool you want to download.
