How to access AIS Data Warehouse?​

To request access to the AIS Data Warehouse, fill out this form.

Once you're onboarded to AIS, our team will set up a dedicated environment for you, load all your existing data within two to four business days, and whitelist your IP addresses. After this, you will receive login credentials with read-only permission to the data warehouse.

For security reasons, we will be using https://pwd.tools.accelbyte.net/ to share your credentials. We recommend you to follow these guidelines when managing your credentials:

  • Secure a copy of the credentials as soon as possible.
  • Do not share the link with unauthorized persons.
  • The link will expire within seven days or after five views. If the link expires, contact the AccelByte Team to request a new link.

Yes, the data will be stored in the tables with a prefix of telemetry.

Is it possible to make a dashboard from the AIS data warehouse?​

Yes, you can use AIS data warehouse as the data source in your Dashboarding tools, such as Grafana, Power BI, Looker, and more.

Can I access the AIS data warehouse from my AWS account, e.g., from Lambda?​

Yes, AWS Lambdas runs in private subnets generally use elastic IP, which is the NAT gateway used by the subnet to access the internet. We can whitelist the elastic IP on the Postgres warehouse.

Can I import the AIS data warehouse table into my own data systems?​

You can extract AIS data warehouse tables using the ID column monotonically. If you want to run processes in your AWS account to perform the extraction, we can open the SQL interface up to the entire internet at your request.
